Jennifer Evans

Jennifer is a lifelong real estate investor that has no rival when it comes to the passion of people related to the business of real estate for doing residential and commercial services. Her first investment opportunity came at the young age of 19.  Within the first five years, she had owned 10 Victorian multi-family unit homes. Soon after, Jennifer took a hiatus from the business to raise her four children and support her husband’s career in the United States Air Force.  In 2015 she was fortunate to relocate to San Antonio and has called it home ever since.  Soon after, her passion for real estate burned more than ever, so she decided to become a licensed real estate agent.

Picking up exactly where she left off she joined a small brokerage and knew that she could achieve bigger things.  In June 2017, she decided to join Keller Williams Realty.  Her story is nothing short of amazing! She created the Evans Group and turned the business into a Corporation. While building her brand, she managed to win the Rookie of the Year Award (2017) for the City View office.  Jennifer is an Accredited Buyers Representative and Military Relocation Professional.  In 4 short years, Jennifer has earned her team the distinction of being the 2020 Platinum Top 500 real estate agents.
